Following PCGamingWiki's instructions I edited my Fallout_default.ini file and set the value of fDefaultFOV= to 105.3000 (optimal for 16:9 monitor). After that the game was much more pleasant to play. But I'm not sure if the FOV value is actually 105 because when I type value 105 to console FOV becomes much wider.
Example:
FOV set to 105.3000 in Fallout_default.ini: https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=130B665BF39DFD1!4369&authkey=!ABg-04F6Yoi4Csw&v=3&ithint=photo%2Cpng
After typing the FOV value 105 to console: https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=130B665BF39DFD1!4370&authkey=!AKKAXtlU06WYA1I&v=3&ithint=photo%2Cpng
Also, there are several other FOV related lines in Fallout_default.ini. I haven't edited them. fDefault1stPersonFOV=55.0000 refers to gun position and to the character's body but I'm not sure of the others. All attempts to improve my experience on PC will be appreciated.
