I understand you are not able to comment about the current state of legal affairs involving gamesas's Fallout MMO.

I do have a question about the initial decision on that avenue of approach, which you MAY be able to comment about.

You guys still own all the rights to the Wasteland franchise, correct?
Why didn't you guys just run with that, instead of Fallout?

We all know where Fallout came from, and I KNOW for a FACT that I'm not the only person who's been dreaming of more Wasteland related material since I was skipping school to play it on a friend's C64 WAYYYYYYYYY back in the day....

No, we don't own the rights to Wasteland. gamesas never did, actually. EA owned all the rights, and gamesas licensed it back for the 10th Anniversary compilation we released.

Brian Fargo at inXile purchased the rights to Wasteland a few years ago. I don't know anything about the project, but I'm pretty sure I know at least one person working on it and I'm looking forward to what they do with it.

Wow...that inXile site has some concept art at the top of it that's quite a bit of a tease, isn't it....

Wish they had something there other than just that.
