fMouseCursorSpeed=x.xxxx(Default in Skyrim was 1.0000, i had it changed to 7.0000

to the [Interface] part of the prefs .ini still works like in Skyrim?(Changes the cursor speed in the menus) I'm a disabled gamer and I need that to comfortably play and I would like to know before I buy the game..
