I've had this game for 4 years now. Not done any questlines. Only finished the main one so far, and done a bit of the others. Started Shivering Isles, and barely started Knights of the Nine. In trying to avoid that dreaded feeling of having finished everything, I never even thought about this until now: I've done nothing! I've just been wandering about in the woods enjoying nature and stopping by in inns for 4 years (real world years of course ).

From the perspective of one who has finished everything, how is it like? Are you less motivated to jump back into Oblivion?
