A question if I may.

So, I was asking here at work this question I had.

(I doubt it breaks any rules to ask this, as I am just asking.)

What if a person was to just pick up and leave the U.S (or where ever) and just lie and say they are going on vacation. Could a person just pack up and leave everything behind them and get away?

I said if a person wanted to, they could just pack up and leave with out a trace, by the time anyone they owed money to found out it would be at least 30-90 days and you could be really far away by that time. Just take out all the cash you could and pay cash until you left the country.

maybe even find someone to change your id and just leave, away from everything and start over. Where no one knows you so you can start again.

Take enough cash to get out of the country, heck even sell off the things you don't need or can not take with you, and use that money plus any you can get to start again.

My boss says you can't do it, but I think you could. If you paid cash until you left and a while after you got where you where going how could you be tracked?

I think a person who wanted to could do this, heck get on a cruse ship and just get off on one of those islands some where thats not to bad, even running to England or France.

What brought this up was I keep hearing from people around here about how bad they are in debt and how bad it is here, and I thought why not just leave?

people spend their whole life now working for things that don;t mean anything because, well just because!

So basically you are asking how someone would defraud people they owe money to and break the law? Not on these forums.
