Hi i was just wondering what are those little fairy looking things that fly around when your shooting someone? Is it you taking away energy? Whats going on i don't understand.

I think he means shooting someone with deflection.

When someone is on a deathstreak, their suit goes into deflection mode. It enhances their armor a little and reduces the chance of your bullets landing - you can see the bullets pinging off of them.
