Just curious, how many years can the human races live, and how many years can the elven races live?

Humans would be exactly the same as they are in our world. Generally 80-ish. Sure, they don't have advanced medicine, but they have magic instead, so that sorta evens things out.

Elves seem to be harder to pin down. Around 500 seems to be the upper limit for Dunmer (like Barenziah), but when magic comes into play, they're effectively immortal, Tolkien-style- like Fyr and allegedly some Altmer.
