Alright, so I've been leveling up at a fairly steady rate (Restoration is a pain to level) but I've been rather weary about which quests I take because I know that some offer leveled rewards (bad idea on Bethesda's part) and I want to make sure they're as powerful as they can be before I get them. Now, technically, I don't know of any actual level limit but what I'm wondering is, what level do I need to be to make sure the leveled items/spells I obtain are at the peak of their power? Is it 20+? 30+? 40+? Or what?

Most leveled quest reward items peak at 25. The rest at 30. :foodndrink:
