So, I've just made the transition from SkyRe to Requiem and have one question...

Where the Reproccer added dowloaded weapons and armours to NPCs, is there anyway of doing this with Requiem, or do I need another mod for this?

The ReProccer doesn't add armors/weapons to NPCs. It just alter the stats of weapons/armors to fit with SkyRe values.

For armor and weapon from mods to show on NPCs, you need Wrye Bash and its Bashed Patch feature. That is if the authors of those mods add the weapons/armors to leveled lists.
