the frost breath shout doesn't seem to be all that powerful. i'm not saying it should be OP or anything but when i use it it doesn't seem to do any up front damage and very little lasting damage. i did just get the second word for it and it seemed to do more, but i just thought this shout would be a little more worth while. opinions?

I thought it was a little weak when you compare it to fire breath, but i would guess the frost one would do more stamina dmg where as fire goes for the hp pool.

i thought it was pretty strong myself, it killed a skeletal dragon in 2 or 3 hits (but the damage is all over time, not very noticable with one shout, but a few really gets the blood freezing)

thats true, the whole frost hurts stamina thing irks me. great idea and makes playing just a little more difficult. i'll remember to use it on melee people more. i don't even have the fire breath. it was the 2nd shout my friend found and i have like 9 but don't have that one lol

I don't use it too much since I find it's a bit weak. It also slows enemies down though so that could be useful I guess.
