When you get to the Divide and you are on the roof of the Sunstone Tower, there is what's left of a building across from you on the side of the mountain. There are 3 people in it. How do you get to it?

I have a bit of an idea what you mean, but I can't remember exactly how to do it. What I can remember is that there are ramps you can use to get down from the roof and more ramps scattered around you can use to get to it. Sorry I can't be more helpful, but that area is a bit of a maze.

Appreciatew the reply but it hangs on a sheer wall and there are no ramps to it but there are two sewer pipes above it.

There are usually white arrows pointing to bridges or side passages, but it is quite difficult to see sometimes. I know I missed the way to get up to the Crows Nest the first time, just gotta keep looking.
