Why do we have the NDA?I wish to ask this question cause ZOS worries me that it will fail because of the stupid NDA that THEY created! That there'll be angry players because of it.

to keep people from complaining about a game that is half-finished and/or bug ridden and to stop people from spoiling everything.
All beta programs have an NDA. This for many reasons but to mention a few. The content change all the time in a beta. A feature that was in the game might be removed then put in again to final be removed for good. To not create more over hype for the game and make a player disappointed when he finds that things are not in the game that he red about before. Also you don't want your compeditors to steal any of your ideas before the game have released is an other point.
Oh Julianos, I've prepared my body and mind for everything but this.
Seriously? Rage on the NDA? Do you want negative feedback everywhere because 'stupid' people think the beta is the finished version of the game?
If there's one thing I'm grateful for, it's the damn NDA!
What the hell is NDA? Man, I don't understand why everyone abbreviates everything here because not everyone knows what half the crap means...
Non-Disclosure Agreement. much easier to abbreviate it. It's a legal agreement (so breaking it can get you in a load of trouble if they decide to enforce it)
Basically, while peeps are allowed to say that they got a beta invite, they cannot share anything like spoilers, or record videos of gameplay etc.
Without it, misinformed idiots who think they got a free copy of the full game will be giving them a hell of a lot of bad press (as a beta is usually buggy and not fearure-complete, so accusations of LIEZ! and laziness would be everywhere), and they want to keep their stuff a secret from competitors until the game is out.
Non-disclosure agreement. NDA.
When you sign up for beta, you agree not to talk about your experience with the public. They do this because the game is in testing and no good can come of public discussions about beta bugs and features. You are playing beta to help the developer de-bug the game and test new features. You aren't playing beta to review it for the public.
@El Barto 227, people who do share information from the beta would also be getting a visit from a lawyer, right? I don't know much about this beta crap since I've never been in a beta in anything but shame on the people who spoil the beta... as much as I'd like to know what's in it.
