when can i attach reflex scope? im lvl15 at moment and never get mods to unlock them,only other mods, i have unlocked it in the campain mode if that is anything to do with it
and my MP stats dont seem to be working..or is this a bug?

You unlock specific weapon mods when you get a certain number of kills with it.

You get attachment unlock tokens when you get a certain number of kills. You get the first unlock token for all weapons at 20 kills so that would be the soonest you could aquire it.

im lvl 15 and its telling me i have 0 kills ?? somethings not right there
