Now, I have decided to side with the institute, and my first meeting as new director they asked me how I would like them to focus their resources. More synth production, or improved technology.

My questions. Is this the only time you ever have a chance to pick something like that? Does it have an actual effort or was it just there as flavour. I picked the synth production one, does this actually increase the amounts of synths on the surface? More patrols? Bigger patrols?

I did not see any confirmations, but I guess that it affects the future Synth patrols somehow (either more Synths per patrol or stronger Synths).
