2 questions, does Frostcrag Spire come with the 5th annivers

the first is pretty basic, i know that the wizard tower plugin comes with the disk version of knights of the nine, well i just bough the 5th anniversary editon (30 bucks and i have never play knights of the nine OR shivering isles) i was wondering if it also came with that version because technically its is A disk version of knights of the nine, now the second question is about enjoying my playthrough more. i hate power leveling, it takes all the fun out of the game, but i dont like my character to be weak either (made that mistake on a playthrough where i NEVER gave any attribute points to endurance, lol, i screwed up). I used a mod one time to give me the +10 to the attributes is selected no matter what. I had fun after that cas i didnt have to power level, but at the same time i felt like i wasnt playing the game the way it was ment to be played.Im thinking of this playthrough (theif/mage combo) of saying SCREW IT IM NOT GOING TO FOCUS ON LEVELING AT ALL, and just play the game, picking attruibutes as a see fit.

you can beat the game super low level as the AI levels up when you do. so if you stay level 9 so does the enemies

The original disc release for KOTN included all the DLC to date, but not the 5th anniversary edition. It's basically GOTY warmed-over, which is Oblivion, Shivering Isles, and Knights of The Nine.
