First, as I was walking along the railroad tracks from Tenpines to graygarden, I came across someone named Duke in wierd looking power Armor. He marked my map before leaving. WHat am I getting into?

Second, Again along the same set of tracks, but north of greygarden, roughly between Rocky Narrows park and Jalbert Brothers Disposal, I came across a REALLY Psycho raider (Ingame she was labelled Psycho Raider, btw). She was kneeling beside an open grave, and attacked once she noticed me. Then she started acting like she was trying to draw me away from the cemetary. Anything to this? Or just some crazy random encounter?

Also, how dificult is it to get to the picket fences potted plants edition for a lv 12 wearing T-45c Power Armor?

duke is with the atom cats, they're friendly. go to their garage (the place he marked for you) and they'll have a few things for you to do.

not sure about the raider, but the magazine shouldn't be too hard to obtain - just be prepared to face a bunch of raiders.

That Raider at the grave was just an ordinary leveled raider, mourning the death of her raider friend. If you get too close she'll aggro on you, but yeah, it's just a little thing.
