3 Questions I must know and am unable to confirm

Post » Sat Oct 02, 2010 9:59 pm

I did a forum search & a google search and never found anything solid on this but speculation. Even though the DLC is out I am unable to verify this so if anyone can confirm these 3 things id appreciate thanks.

1. Are the handguns we see in the game Colt 1911 .45's or just some unique 9mm handgun? (Does it actually say .45 ammo?)

2. Is there a thompson smg?

3. Are there any companions that your able to leave with after you've completed honest hearts?

1. Yes.
2. Yes. They are called .45 auto pistol and .45 auto SMG and they use .45 auto ammo, .45 auto Hollowpoints, .45 auto +p ammo, or .45 auto Super Handloads if you can make them.

3. Sadly, no.

As to 3, if you're on a PC (not sure if the DLCs have been released on PC) then there's no doubt that there is (or will be) a mod that will let you leave with the DLC companions.

Yes to all your questions except the last one.

But what i do find sadneing is that the .45 pistol sounds the same as the 9mm pistol and has the exact same reload action. Other than that its just a new look.

It's like most of the handloads. It does more damage and reduces DT, and does more damage to your gun.

Working on it right now, as a matter of fact. :)
