Ok, I've got two separate questions regarding pre-purchasing.

1:

First, the site seems to be bugged at the moment. After entering date of birth you're taken to the preorder site, upon clicking "Pre-purchase" you'll get sent back to the site asking for your birthday. This is an infinite loop. It isn't currently possible to go to the store site via this method.

2:

When I was in the store yesterday, it wasn't indicated in either of the pre-purchase packages that the explorer's pack would be included. This was otherwise indicated in the support page and in the promo email. So can we have a confirmation that you'll get the explorer's pack is included for all the digital pre-purchases?

I just preordered a few minutes ago and it worked good.

The explorer pack is listed on the digital editions, are you preordering the hard copies?

Got an e mail after preordering Imperial Ce that the explorer package is also part of it.

Just when I checked the store out last night, the explorer's pack contents weren't listed as included items undet the digital purchases.

ok good to know, just wanted to have that clarified as the explorer's pack is my incentive so I can play with my GF in the same faction She wants to play a Bosmer, while I play a Breton.
