Does anyone know if thehttp://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/23153is configured properly? It certainly doesn't seem to be made like any other omod I've seen ( a zipped file containing .file and .CRC files).

Also, where are .egm files installed? Are they just in general data, or do I need to put them in meshes or something?
