Hi
I have ebeen enjoying playing The Elder Scrolls since it came out and have not had any issues until I upgraded to a new computer. Now I have one quest at the Bards College that I am suppose to meet Viaromo at the Blue Palace but he won't move from the Bards college. And several game characters cannot be killed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You may need to provide some more details in order for someone to help you out. For example: Do you use mods and if so which ones? Which quests (specifically) are giving you problems? What are your system specifications? Etc.
