What are your favorite quests that you had to seek out?

My second playthrough I found the quest where you have to get Tabitha out of Black Mountain. So awesome.

I wasn't even aware of Arcade Gannon's quest until my second play... huge surprise to me.

I don't see what you mean, most of the quests are rather well done, even the fetch quests (which i prefer to the pointless "shoot em up" quests of FO3) are quite diverse, the only real poor quests would be Cold Cold Heart or Legend of the Star for non-EW characters.

so you prefer a boring quest in which all you do is go deliver mail than a fun quest were you deliver bullets to bigots heads? and there are a number of poor done quest in NV and as well as FO3 but FO3 delivered several amazing quest that were rewarded with epicness :flamethrower:

Deliver mail? Oh you mean the one time we had to deliver mail to vampires? Oh wait that was Fallout 3. FNV also delivered amazing, not to mention logically thought out and reasonable, that were rewarded accordingly. "epicness", what does that even mean.

Made it to 6 posts before someone had to make the comparison.

Oh, so it is okay for him to say that there are only a few good quests in NV, but i mention the abundance of "shoot em up"s in FO3, i am the bad guy? Class act.

Beyond the beef, mainly because it's a stealth mission. (Unless you go in blazing.)

the quest made some sense but not that much amazing. the whole plot between the NCR and the Legion didn't make much sense, the Legion had knifes and sticks and wore dresses and the NCR had guns and grenades. somehow the Legion still manages to destroy the NCR.
as for the word "Epicness", it doesn't exist in the dictionary i made it up but i means EPIC. and you can find Epic things in FO3 such as the battle at tthe GNR

His opinion expressed had nothing to do with FO3.

Be more petulant.

I'm just noticing a lot of this sort of thing with some people posting lately, even in threads where it wouldn't seem likely such a comparison argument gets started up. It isn't necessary and at this point, given how divided the opinion is (that "old fans" and "new fans" distinction), such is pretty much flamebait.

It isn't necessary to trot out your preference for FNV over FO3 at every opportunity. Let it go.

Come Fly With Me and the whole Boone questline - not for the quests itself, but for the story being told.

While Beyond the Beef is easily the best quest in game, it is chained to main quest.

Return to Sender is great if you play it the right way round.

For Auld Lang Syne, 3 Card Bounty, a certain unmarked quest to kill a certain Fiend, Wang Dang Atomic Tango. There were very few quests that I flat out didn't like, in general I didn't like Nellis. For some reason, I just don't like dealing with them. It's well done, too. Just don't like it, don't know why.

You prefer the most generic fetch quest over most of the others in the game? You must be quite fond of insect eggs.

Gannon's and Veronica's personal quests were lots of fun.
Then we have Vault 22 the Ultra-Luxe quests.

Dunno their names but yeah they were awesome.

The quest you get in North Vegas is pretty awesome. Can't remember the name but you go around getting rid of all kinds of douchebags.
