Hello,

Just started playing the game, ran into my first random encounter. Art and Art. I did some reading because they are just stuck there, not moving not talking. I do not know how to progress or process this encounter so it can complete (as I am much a completionist). So what can I do. I cannot find the quest ID or anything to get them to talk to me. I would use a console command if I could find one suitable to finishing this quest. Every time I talk to them they both give a generic response but do not initiate dialog to continue further.

I have tried reloading, restarting my whole PC, shooting, punching, pickpocketing, fast travelling putting on power armor, waiting for 20 minutes. Still no response both Art's sit there one on his knees, the other pointing a shotgun at him. I would really just like to complete this and move on.

Sadly, I just started so I do not have many saves, but there is quite a difference between the last save, and the most recent.

Ok, I looked at the wiki's (already had read them previously) but I am not sure how this is supposed to help?

Its not a quest, just a random encounter. Kill the one one the floor.

Or both or do whatever you want ...

But even killing them does nothing, the other will start to walk away from me, and nothing happens they are still stuck with basic dialouge not wanting to talk...
