i was at a NCR camp (cant remember which one) and i saw the guy that you see snipeing from the Las Vegas sign in the trailer. I was just wondering if there was a way to optain that armor. (i hope you guys know what im talking about. i had a hard time wording this...lol) :whistling: :banghead:

ive done all the missios at camp mccarran but James Hsu hasnt given me the key for the safehouse am i missing something

Whats your reputation, and he may have given it to you but you skipped through the dialog.

Maybe check your map and see if there is a marker placed for the NCR Safehouse (if you haven't been there on your own yet)... that would indicate that Hsu did indeed give you the key.

Yea I had the key the whole time lol...well I got the armor but how to I get more to repair it?

Unless you start killing more of them, I'd suggest you look for someone to repair it for you.

No Jury Rigging I assume... if not, I guess you gotta shell out the caps to get it repaired then (potentially) pickpocket your caps back :whistling:

O guess I'll have to get the jury rigging perk soon the ... I'm a lvl 22 so what level can i get the perk?

Level's not so relevent when you need 90 skill points in Repair.

If you can one-shot them on a sneak attack crit, you should not lose any reputation with the NCR.

If you take Jury Rigging, then stockpile the generic NCR armors as you get them, and just take them to Major Knight at the Mojave Outpost to repair up to 100%. Costs around 300-400 caps at most per armor, but you can then turn around and use them to repair the better Med. class armors. Especially profitable with buying combat armor in poor condition.

Very handy.

Why waste that money? Just use any medium armor, regardless of condition to repair/ maintain if you have Jury Rigging.
