If i buy a retail copy of Skyrim in a gamestore (the game on a dvd) and activate it on steam, can i still download the game from steam or do i have to install with the dvd's?
Cuz my dvd-drive broke when i slammed my knee into it, and i don't know if i get any money until after 11-11-11 :sadvaultboy:

It works like New Vegas, the disc is what installs the game, Steam is to activate it

Sorry about your drive though, downloading it off Steam is your best bet in this case

No problem, my internet is really fast.. So it should work to download it from steam, if i buy it from a gamestore? Or do i have to buy it from steam? (I'm quite tired so my brain is really really slow atm xD)
