The question came to me while doing the Knights of the Nine quest in Oblivion.

Just how active are the Eight/Nine in Nirn?

I think Talos showed more activity? With Wulf, and I'm told the Prophet in Oblivion too? Let's Wabajack Akatosh.

Not much considering they're dead/comatose.
