Can I get another one besides the one at the beginning (From Klein or whoever) and from the Y-17 Trauma Harness guy? I must have accidentally repaired my other one with the one I had before... Stupid of me :/

I have only ever seen those two. There have been some reports of lucky folks that have had the trauma harnesses respawn with another one, but that bug's gotta be rare. As you're on 360, there's no other way that I know of. Is it possible that you didn't repair one with the other, but accidently sold it? Have you checked the inventory of the sink merchant? AFAIK, things you sell to it never go out of it's inventory. If you sold it to it, then you should be able to buy it back.

Unfortunately, no, there are only two. I upgraded one of mine to a FIDO, and ended up regretting it as the mods do not carry over.

I thought of that and checked The Sinks shop, but it wasn't in there. I just looked and I saw that the K9000 (With Mods) is better than FIDO so I wanted to use that for the remainder of OWB... Oh well.
