Quick question about Thieve's arsenal and Climbing mod

I'm gonna contact the author about this if i don't find the answer here but I'd prefer not to bother them if neccessary. The mod in question is P-froggy's Climbing mod.

My question is does anyone know what conditions a mesh needs to have for it to be utilised by this mod? To put it another way, what makes me able to climb up a wall but not up a chair and how do i replicate this?

I ask because I'm currently designing a building with multiple entrances that the player has to break into and I'm trying to emphasise the idea of choice (for those who like to rp thieves/assasins) Currently my building mesh is a static object with basic collision geometry which I made in Blender.

Any help would be appreciated =] Thanks in advance!

edit:Btw I don't mean I want to replicate the climbing mechanic, only make my building climable by users of this mod.

edit:Also sorry for the misleading title =/ I had a similar question about the thieves arsenal but found out the answer already.
