So I was wondering if any of you have come across a weapon you get called the Ebony Blade?Its a two handed weapon that swings at the same speed as a one handed weapon.So the question I have is this why didn't they make all two handed weapons in skyrim to be able to swing atleast close to this?It would have made two handed fun.Just a thought thanks guys.

That would have been OP. The Ebony Blade doesn't do much damage compared to the other Two Handed weapons. It's a fair trade.

Actually, the more innocent people you kill with it the stronger it gets.

The ACTUAL reason for this is because it is a DAEDRIC ARTIFACT!! I don't know which daedric prince though.

I believe the max amount of people you can kill is 10, which gives it 30 extra points of damage. Which really isn't much. So it's speed vs power. The Longhammer is good weapon as it has both.

The speed makes the weapon far more useable two handed is far to slow in this game.

It was bugged prior to 1.9, and used one -handed perks. Must have left the speed. It will have lower damage because it can't be tempered at the grindstone, but that's a trade of against infinite charges.

If you want damage and speed, look for the Longhammer (I won't spoiler the location).

It's not based on how many innocent people you kill, but how many people who like/trust you (i.e. people you've helped) that you kill with it.
