Can't find an answer and really want to plan this ahead on my char.
When a perk constellation converges on top do you have to get both branches that converge in order to take the top?
Example: on light armor you have to get both Wind Walker and Matching Set in order to be able to get Deft Movement or either of the WW or MS is enough to get DM?
