Could a Daedric Prince bring back the Dwemer? im not saying i WANT them to be back im just curious about a Daedric Prince power

Only Lord Dagon has the power to return the Dwemer to this world. The eruptions of Red Mountain were his doing, after all; the Mountain is his, as is its Heart, and if he so chose, he could allow the Dwemer to rise from the ashes.

But he thinks them rather boring.

The Dwemer are gone. They formed the skin of Brass-Walk and have left this reality. And good riddance to them. They shall not be back.

Dagon didn't play a role in their disappearance. They did that to themselves by tampering with forces beyond their ken.
