Is there a way to get the Amulet of Kings using the console?
Due to some reason,probably mod related i cant get into the sewers it is in (i use Alternative Start) without CTD'ing.
Since you can use the 'player.additem XXXXXXXX' command,is that possible with the amulet?

A link to a good list of console commands can be found http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Console.

From that site, search for whatever item it is you need. In this case, enter "Amulet of Kings" minus quotes in the search field. The FormID, which is the hexidecimal code for that item that you use with console commands, will be listed on that item's page.

I'm having a small problem with trying to texture a little island I'm working on, a problem I've had for as long as I can remember. Sometimes certain areas just wont accept a new texture, because a picture speaks a thousand words:

I know with 100% certainty this is nothing to do with having more than 9 textures already in use in one cell as the problem occurs at a random point within one cell. Basically if I try to place a certain texture within that squared off space it just won't accept it and nothing happens, some textures will however be accepted, my best guess is that only certain textures can be placed next to each other or something. Unfortunantly all my searches have given information relating to trying to place more than 9 textures in one cell.

Speaking of which, isn't "I" supposed to be the hotkey to show the currently used textures in cells? That key does nothing for me.

I don't think 9 is the limit. I think it's something more like 4.

It's 9 textures per quad, not cell. Meaning you can have up to 36 in one cell.

You must have the render window as the active window when you press the "i" key or nothing will happen.

I guarantee you that having too many textures is what is causing your problem. When you paint over a texture, it doesn't go away - it's still there under where you painted. So even if it looks like just one or two, it could still be nine. And if you're not editing a brand new worldspace, you have no way of knowing that because you've been unable to bring up the texture list with the "i" key. ;)

All the Find stuff is broken except Find Text - just do what you can with that.

Open the Landscape Editor (H key). Next, immediately click on the title bar of the render window. THEN press the I key. It's very finicky.

Wow, finally got that working, I thought something might be wrong at first as I couldn't get right quad to display so I was only seeing 7 used textures, but I've found the right one at last and it has some crazy amount of used textures, so problem solved! Cheers for the aid.

i guess i'll keep looking.

On another page,i'm modifying a 'Nec Mystic Darkelf Remake' for personal use,but i dont like the redguard voice the females use.
I'd like to change it into a voice like the Cute Elves race use,but can i give them these voices without needing the cute elves plugin as a requirement?

Adding a script to an object means that they don't drop as a stack, even when the script only has an OnActivate block?

It's also monumentally slow when adding thousands of the objects (they're coins) to the player's inventory, despite no OnAdd block.

hey, i know i made a whole new thread for this but i thought i might get a faster answer here. anyways to sum things up, i looked on the cs wiki about scripting a creature, made said creature, now i want to create a summon spell for it, i've been searching on the wiki for nearly 20 minutes and can't find anything on summon spells so i was wondering if you know how i could go about that
