What's the quickest way to reach this Gelabor guy to get Sunhallowed Elven Arrows after you finish the quest? I don't want to go through the whole darkfall cave thing again. Is it by fast travelling to the Vale, then going through a wayshrine to the one next to Auriel's chapel? Nothing faster?

Fast travel to the Vale and then use a wayshrine to go to the balcony of the temple. He'll be right next to where you got Auriel's bow, which is also where the portal will place you.

When you fast travel back to the vale, you arrive at one of the first wayshrines. From the shrine, you can use the portal to the balcony when Gelebor is.
