I'm not looking to make or modify any mods (I'm barely able to add them at this point).

But after installing 3 character add-on mods I found that the base race descriptions are now all in German.
I was wondering where this information was stored and maybe I could find the file I wrote over.

So far, I've looked through the 3 mods I installed and don't see anything that would be obvious.
I also checked my .ini file and the language setting is 0 (English).


It's a minor issue, I know. But lets think of this as an opportunity to learn (if I can't succeed, I might as well get points for trying).

Oh and in case it helps the last three I installed before noticing this issue was:
Soya 4 Hair Pack
Argonian Race Pack
Energy - Beautiful Elves (This is the one I think made the changes, but can't prove).

Ok, today I've learned two things:

1) TES4Edit can be pretty helpful if you know where to look
2) When I post onto this forum, I seem to stumble upon the answer about 5 to 20 minutes later.....

Oh, for anyone that stumbles across this, I found the setting in TES4Edit under the Oblivion.ESM and found the race entry and to where it conflicted. It was Soya 4 Hair Pack (no idea why though).

Yup, tes4edit is awesome. If you have the know-how you can solve most compatibility issues with it by yourself, I prefer it over bash any day.
