Yes, there ares a lot of them. They can be found on any site like Planet Elder Scrolls, TESNexus, Filefront, TES Alliance, etc... but TESNexus has the largest collection.

Probably the best ones rated by players would be COBL - races and Race Balacing Project as stated above you can find a lot of them on the nexus

just got a chance to pop in......thanks you four.I dont even have Oblivion on pc yet but thought I would ask anyway.
I will have a look...can't hurt to to be prepared.
