You know, I always thought my brother was weird for typically playing a Khajiit or Argonian, but I see there's a fairly decent amount of strong favor for those races. I mean, my opinion might change since I really like the Khajiit we saw for Skyrim, but since Oblivion I've never been very fond of the beast races.

Based on Lore and knowledge of culture and history...

1. Nord. Easy to identify with, easier to admire.
2. Argonian. Fantastically interesting, with an alien culture and a shroud of mystery.
3. Kahjiit. The variety! Magical intelligent housecat to enormous intelligent lion-mount.
4. Bosmer. Fun-loving folk with a respect for nature and some rather interesting magic.
5. Orismer. Strong and warlike, but diplomatic if need be, and even somewhat vulnerable due to Tamriel's prejudice. Come to terms with a short lifespan, too.
6. Redguard. Stubborn and willful, but talented and colorful (no pun/racism intended). The best organized soldiers you'll ever see.
7. Breton. Disorderly, perhaps, and somewhat haughty, but they're blunt. They speak their minds (which may explain why they used to war so much).
8. Imperial. Rome-like in their luxury and content with their hold on Tamriel, but more ignorant or lazy than malicious.
9. Altmer. Arrogant, but useful and logical. Assuming one can maneuver around their pigheadedness, they make valuable allies.
10. Dunmer. Powerful mages and clever businessman, but xenophobic, bitter and rude. Their ability to sour one's day exceeds their uses.

Yeah, not a huge fan of elves; a lot of them are elitist snobs.

Orcs are elves, ya know. :sweat: but I get what you mean.

That is part of the reason i like Dunmers and Altmers. You don't have to be a fan of their ideology to find it interesting.
