Races for Skyrim?

Post » Tue Mar 15, 2011 4:16 am

While I don't know myself, I read something that someone wrote some time ago, how the argonians were extinct. Maybe it's just bull, but if that's the case... then maybe one new race then?

They were not extinct!
I think the dunmer are the most threatened species in Tamriel at the moment :)
(after The Infernal City)

Has anyone addressed the Argonian cold-bloodedness issue? If they're cold blooded, will they have difficulty being in Skyrim? Do they have to wear some kind 'resist cold' magic all the time? What about the Khajit? Will they be furrier than before?

No one knows if Argonians are cold-blooded I think. Not all reptiles are cold-blooded and the dinosaurs were warm-blooded as an example.

The races are the same as they have been 10 races only the dwarves have been all wiped out.

...heck cut Kajiit and Argonian, I never play lower races anyway.....

Your racism has no place here.

What about the Khajit? Will they be furrier than before?

I'm hoping their fur has turned white!

No No No No NOOOOOOOO........we need at least one new race, I don't care if they take one out, or two,
heck cut Kajiit and Argonian, I never play lower races anyway.....and for that matter cut Imperials and
Bretons, one human race is enough....just give me one new race.....even if it's Na'vi

I love how you ask the devs to remove to legitimate and popular races for a (rather [censored]) race from another franchise entirely. The Khajiit are as close to Na'vi as you're going to get. ;)

Some people would even consider 10 races an excess. Of course, most of us ES fans call it perfect. And in Skyrim, I'm sure they'll be more distinct than they have ever been. (which helps the hardcoe fans and new fans alike)

On a sidenote, the Khajiit beat the Na'vi any day. :mohawk:

A skeleton race would be great, as well.
