the discussion seems to boil down to Argonians needing some love.

Do you agree?

On the other hand, I get the impression that the alliance with the smallest folowing on launch will be the elves, so I'd say the focus needs to be on boosting one of their races a little if anything.

My money is on the Daggerfall Covenant being the least populated, for reason being the following:

1. Racial Bigotry ( Yes, that kind)

2. Orcs are uglier than the other monster races (ie argonians, which placate to the dinosaur loving crowd, and the Khajit, which tickle the fancy of the furry crowd)

3. Breton humans are not as big as the other Nord Schwarzenegger cousins.

4. They don't have any knife ear equivalent (elves) - you can argue ES orcs are elves but whatever.
