It seemed kind of silly to me that an outlander can do everything in Morrowind and there doesn't seem to be much of a difference as to what race you are, as I would think the racial prejudices that are clearly a big part of the lore would have more of an effect. In Oblivion there are some slight differences to what happens when you talk to someone depending on what race you are but it's still not very fleshed out.
Here's my question, does Radiant Story enable them to completely change the quest conditions based on your race? Ex. I go to that Dunmer refugee camp near Morrowind as a Dunmer and they ask me to participate in lynching an Argonian who wandered into the camp as revenge for the conquest of Morrowind. I can choose to free the Argonian or help them lynch him. Fast forward 300 hours of gameplay and I'm playing again as an Argonian, this time I go to the camp and everyone starts clamoring and calling for MY head. They are going to lynch me and I have to get free or start killing enough of them that they'll settle down and let me go. As a Nord they might tell me to mind my own business or it might give me the option to stop the lynching, but I won't be asked to participate in the hanging like the Dunmer would be. This would make the race and gender you choose WAY more important! You think this is one of the things that makes Radiant Story so cool or am I just dreaming?
To those who are just going to say, it's lots of work I'd rather they focus on unique dungeons blah blah blah, they made "Dynamic Snow" so I don't think this game is lacking on these kinds of features in general. This would be a very Elder Scrolls type feature and definitely worth the extra labor (which in theory Radiant Story is supposed to reduce in this case).
