Radiant Story and Voice clips

Not sure if this has been covered, and i apologise if it has, and i know no-one probably knows for sure, but just wondering on peoples thoughts.

In oblivion, everything npcs can say has voice acting.
Will Skyrim be the same, With no conversations that are like morrowind, just text?

Ive been wondering, If radiant story can create random quests and people run up to you asking for help etc,
How can they handle the conversations so that you dont end up just getting repeats of the same conversations from a diffrent person?

Even if it was just text and no voice acting, eventually it must end up repeating the same quest giver conversations?

For example -

Traditionally in an assassination quest, we would pick someone of interest and have you assassinate them,” Howard says. “Now there is a template for an assassination mission and the game can conditionalize all the roles – where it happens, under what conditions does it take place, who wants someone assassinated, and who they want assassinated. All this can be generated based on where the character is, who he's met. They can conditionalize that someone who you've done a quest for before wants someone assassinated, and the target could be someone with whom you've spent a lot of time before.”

How do they create the voice or text clips for the quest giver that contains all possible targets, locations and times etc that could be chosen for that random quest?

They can just do something along the lines of "I have marked the location on your map" or "this dossier contains all the information you shall need".

of course they'll have voice acting.

I just hope that it won't be like in sports games.

"Now ( space ) PALERMO ( space ) with the ball"

"Yesterday ( space, completely different voice ) the Dolphins (space, different tone) gave a good display"

Todd said in the podcast that Radiant Story isn't a random quest generator, but a tool to make quests with conditional elements. That said, it's not like they need dozens of voice clips for every single part of the quest. Only a voice clip for every variation of the conditional elements. Seeing how non-main-quest NPC's typically reuse the same voice per race/six and that some of the conditional elements (like directions) can be reused across several quests, that's not hard to imagine.

It will be fully voiced, I promise, and I think you may slightly misunderstand Radiant Story.

They already announced that they have the voice actors record certain lines that can apply to any quest and not seem out of place. Also, Skyrim will be completely voiced.
