Just wondering, is anyone else going to play with this, and explore all dungeons in the area just to see how far a quest may send you?

What happens when you visit all of them?

It sends you to one you haven't visited recently.

I guess it will probably just respawn a dungeon near your location and send you there

I certainly am not to fond of the idea of the game attempting to 'variate' your experience based on what you have or have not done. I don't like the idea of the game literally dictating what I do.

I doubt Radiant story has a pool of more than 5 or 6 locations for that variable. They need to keep the quest "In Context", so it wouldn't make sense to say "My kid is being held in a cave nearby full of bandits" and it sends you to a Dwemer Ruin, on the other side of the map, full of Jotunn.

its not forcing you to do it, so whats the big deal.
