I understand that it's a single-player experience, I really do...I was dead against it EVER being anything BUT single player! But thinking about it, allowing you to visit your friend's game, view their character, house, stats etc would actually be pretty cool.
Nothing too intrusive mind (like being able to kill each other/make any game-changing effects to their save), but it'd be pretty cool to hit the archery range with a buddy to level up your Marksman skill, or head out into the woods to hunt with a mate (or 2!).
It's just an idea mind...Bethesda will never make TES Multiplayer I wouldn't have thought, it's just not their thing (and I'm glad!)...I'm just saying that actually, if done conservatively and well thought out, they could possibly create a Multiplayer factor that ADDS to the overall experience of the game (unlike alot of multiplayer RPG's, where it detracts from any single-player fun).
What do you guys think?
