Has anyone had success attracting the legendary dwellers via the radio room?

I have not. I am working on getting Luck and Charisma maxed out on 6 dwellers currently. If my game ever loads again. I got two of 4 of them from the Lunch boxes though.

Multiple maxed Radio rooms with 6 maxed dwellers have brought nothing of importance. I am sure it is luck of the draw but since I am at 200 so they bring in nothing and staying just below so radio rooms work is to combersome.

Some people on Reddit apparently claimed they got rare dwellers from the radio room. 1 person even claimed http://www.reddit.com/r/foshelter/comments/3anjic/radio_station_effectiveness/cseb51l. No proof as of yet though.

I have 1 triple radio room 6/6 mainly for happiness and trying to keep my vault at 199 so I can take in a rare/legendary dweller from a lunchbox right away (rare usually only for stuff they wear). Only seen common folk up to now.

I've gotten several "rare" named folks. One of which was some guy in a pope hat/robes. Their stats are randomly half-way to max and 1/4 way to max usually. The only legendary toon ive gotten is star cross paladin so far from a lunch box.

Were those from lunchboxes or the radio room?

Several rare toons weapons from Radio room, only one legendary from a lunchbox. Funny thing is, the fares actually glow yellow when they pop up. And that's just confusing and mean, lol.
