The radio room needs an internal/external toggle. That way I could staff the radio room to increase happiness but not send out a broadcast into the wasteland for new dwellers.

Right now I have a line of 10 people outside and the radio room has another one waiting for me to click on. But it seems that the followers aren't working with the "new dweller" icon is active on the room. So my vaults happiness doesn't increase. Seems my followers are locked in the room until I let a new dweller in and tap on the glowie.
