It's not really a quest they never show up in your quest log, but I activated the radio transmission tower near the UFO crash where you find the Alien Blaster and I started listening to these little radio transmissions that show up on your Pip-Boy and they lead you to the site of the Ham radio where it was sent from. How many more transmission towers can you activate to get these little mini quests, and is there even one of these that has a happy ending?

off top of head i think theres 5 towers around? and they all have 2-4 transmissions to pick up

none have had a happy ending so far

IIRC, one is an Emergency Broadcast Alert from the War. No Skeleton in the area.
