Is it possible, with any mod in existence, to have radioactive rain, but also the option of taking shelter, but in an exterior cell? In other words, finding a concrete bit of "roof" or the like, and being saved - momentarily - from that deadly rain?

It's the one thing that has bothered me about Enhanced Weather (using said option.) I know, I know, I could opt for just hte base mod. But... I like the idea of radioactive rain, and all kinds of other "realism" and "survival" modifications besides.

Nope. The game doesn't allow it. Rain will always fall through roofs and nothing will prevent that.

Oh. Looks like it's back to the dry wasteland for poor li'l Eve then. Well, better that than being rapidly irradiated upon taking a stroll. But still...
