ragdoll physics post 1.9?

Xbox 360 player here. Is it just me or have the ragdoll physics been bumped up with this update? In combat (for me at least) enemies seem to react to blows with much more force than they did pre 1.9. When I land a killing blow with a sword for example, if I'm swinging to the left, the enemy will be thrown to the ground really hard the direction I'm swinging. The same can be said for bows. There is much more of a reaction to arrows hitting the target. Enemies fly back from arrow kills. Sometimes they flip. Don't know if this is a glitch or if the physics have been bumped up, but I'm quite enjoying it. Combat feels very realistic now that the enemies are reacting to my attacks properly.

I can't say I've noticed.

What I have noticed however, is a delay when someone gets hit by my Unrelenting Force.
