Rage or Skyrim?

Post » Fri May 27, 2011 11:34 am

Well, apparently there are people who are considering either Rage or
Skyrim. Me, I will be getting both, but how about you?

I do not like elder scrolls so I like more rage, and it is my most anticipated game of the year, but I can tell

I'm not that much into true blue RPG's, although I know elder scroll games are amazing but so many action games are coming I will have to skip it.

Never picked up any of the titles previous to Skyrim. While i may do just that at some point, Rage is where my money goes in Sept.

Don't really see why you'd have to pick one of the two. If you're a fan of both, is it really such a stretch to just buy both?

I'm a big fan of id's previous games, but Rage just fails to excite me for some reason.

I'll get both most likely since they are pretty far apart in release dates.

Well I bought two new games in 2 weeks and I never do that. I will for sure buy Skryim but I will wait on Rage for at least some price break.

Skyrim. And I'll get the collector's edition (as long as it's got some decent goodies). If I have the spare cash I might get Rage later on, but it will probably be after a price drop and preowned.

Both

Id Software and Bethesda Game Studios are two companies which I like (their products also) and support.

Is this even a legitimate question of course the choice is Skyrim by a mile. Rage will get old after one week but not Skyrim you can keep playing it over and over.

Th elder scrolls games have been my favorite games ever since I played morrowind. I didn't like that game as much as oblivion, but I still enjoyed it nonetheless. Being who you want, going where you want, doing what you want, creating your own character in another world is the ideal video game IMO. The only other thing that I would love doing is being able to make my own world, but I am not really savvy with graphics design. Elder Scrolls for the win!!!!!

Skyrim. Rage looks pretty good, but not good enough to win me over from TES.

I'm not entirely sure but I think would have to go with Skyrim for some unfathomable reason.

Up until this thread I did not know what Rage was.

A quick Google search later and it seems it's an FPS from ID. Meh, I'm not particularly interested. Unless it gets rave reviews it'll likely go ignored by me.
