ITT: Share your worst rage moments with the rest of us. Autosave is a godsend, otherwise i would have broken my controller by now...

Mine: Helping Roy convince the humans to let them in the tower, only to have him betray me, kill ALL of the humans (including daring, who was awesome), and try to kick ME out. ME! :swear:

Because of that, i kill every single goddamned zombie i come across, AND i plan on leaking the FEV at project purity. :flame:

What bugged me about adding the FEV was the fact that I did not die, yet had become mutated at least twice during the corse of my game. Once when Moira cleansed my radiation poisoning, and again when I killed Harold. I did however stay out of the Aqua-Pura...

I don't rage at anything in the game.

But who pisses me off? The Outcasts piss me off, that's who. The first time I saw them and they were green and friendly I was happy to see something welcoming in the Wasteland. Up to that point everything was trying to rip my to shreads. My character thought she would go have a nice conversation with one of them and you know what he said to her. First he called her the local wildlife and then told her to go bang some rocks together. I wasn't sure how to handle it then. Later, I killed them all. Jerks.

So I'm at level 3 right, trotting home towards Megaton with about 600 pounds of equipment (MMM and a hopeless pack rat) So I'm SLOWLY walking towards home and I get to Deputy Weld. Pass him by then the second I was going to activate the the door to enter I hear laser shots. I turn around just in time to see deputy Welds face blow up and then three Enclave Soldiers come in and shoots me down. Okay I think and wait for the auto load.

...

Then I'm back at Super Duper Mart. Thank you so f-ing much!

I know. I have endless anger and irritation with them; it;s kind of fun. I think if someone made me a real cardboard cutout of an Outcast I would burn it up in my backyard. :biglaugh: That's how bad it is. I have finally had to swallow my pride though and trade with them to take the ammo into The Pitt for the ammo press because I love .44 ammo more than I love to kill everyone in Ft. Independence.

you should just do the O:A glitch and take loads of ammo from the simulation and use it in the ammo press

Ya, I did that on my favorite character that I took into BS. I wanted to start a brand new character with BS and I just couldn't face O:A again; I find it a little tedious anymore.

Games don't make me angry. I don't rage. I never do. I have never even yelled in my whole life.

Rage is an inferior way to show feelings IMO and I consider people that rage stupid and mentally instable.

And I'm not even Buddhist.

yeah I only really play it when I wanna get the ammo from it. Or when I need the second set of T-51b armor for a companion.

Nothing enrages me more than what happens to Dad. I take sadistic pleasure in dismantling Enclave patrols. I strip them even if I throw away the armor. I exult when they get killed by their own vertibirds exploding or being sliced and diced by their own pet deathclaws. I really do, as I tell that slimy a&&hole Colonel Autumn, enjoy killing him. I especially enjoy using Wasteland ingenuity to take apart their fancy tech- Nuka 'nades, etc. I'm not sure Dad would approve, but revenge is still sweet. :)

Oh, one other thing makes me berserk on enemies- attacking my dog.

I started thinking, and I realised that nothing in this game really made me rage... usually the only thing that can make me lose my temper in games is extreme cases of http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/FakeDifficulty, which Fallout fortunately doesn't have. The frequent crashes and stuff like that can get a bit frustrating, but if that happens, I just close the game and cool off a bit.

I've never thrown objects or kicked my dog over it but the random game crashes, corrupt save files, and otherwise extraordinarily frustrating losses of time that I've invested in the game and my character have caused me to get really pissed. I may have been the only one this happened to but when I installed BS, my pure evil character was switched to pure good for no game related reason. Pure glitch. I didn't play for a week because I was pretty bitter. Had to go out of my way to kill innocents (something I didn't mind that much) and bomb the citadel (something I didn't mind that much) to fix it but I really didn't like being forced to do that to get back to evil (rather than wasting a perk...which is a joke).

Other than that, its just a game you know? Now idiots and griefing in MMORPG's... that's a whole different story.

Hm, well for the most part i agree with this, no game can truly bring out rage in me. Don't get me wrong, i will be angry, like with platformers. But in real world situations I do have triggers that bring me into a blind rage, I don't know what they are, but apparently they exist, for my permanent record would show a few times I've been Triggered.

Well here we go, but these are my issue's that frustrate me, not enrage me cause lets face it, after all it's only a game

1. Not being able to join the Talon Merc's

2. Not able to join the Enclave

3. Not able to join a Raider type of faction

4. Not being able to join the outcasts

5. Not enough quests main or side

6. Not being able to goto the Commonwealth

7. Can't kill kids w/o mod

8. No superstimpacks (older FO)

9. No way to have more than 1 companion (except dogmeat) at a time and no perk to correct this

10. No retro guns or armor from FO2 or FO1

11. No gambling like in previous FO's

12. Game patch 1.5 break's mods

I'm with you guys. I can't say they really angered me, but they definitely needed to be taught a lesson for talking to my character like that. They were dealt with. :gun:

By rage, I meant to get angry. Not to literally go into a blind rage like a 9 year old kid.

No, not like a 9 year old, you never lost it, Black out, and suddenly wake up with several people holding you back from somebody?
In game I get angry at the Outcast for calling me a local while I walk around in Tesla Pa, carrying a plasma rifle.
