Looks like your build ain t viable.
Bethesda doesn t tell it, but there s very few viable builds.

And ho yeah... scale dificulty down.

And ho yes... if you can t pass run and come back when you re stronger... thats called challenge + reasonability. and i LOVE IT.
Remeber dungeon lvl FREEZE when you enter it... THANKS GOD!!! NO MORE SO DUMB OBLIVION SCALING.

I've been oneshot at mid to high levels by enemies I usually have no problem with. It happens.

OP; did you try turning the difficult down a couple notches?

And you can get a companion to help you fight. Honestly, OP, did you try any other tactic beyond standing there and letting them hit you?

Absolutely THIS^^^

My eyes rolled so hard reading the OP's post my optic nerves started to dry out....

Played a pure Mage in a quest that set me up against a magic resistant enemy, only had h2h. So I was screwed, but get passed that one part of insane difficulty and you will be fine. I had fun with those impossible scenarios that after 30 tries and all the health potions you have a glint of health and a victory in hands.

also thought rage quits were supposed to be for clearly impassable crap storms, you have a difficulty setting for a reason, use it. Problem solved.

Here we goooooooo.......Because of threads like this I have seen all day. Bethesda will now level scale the crap out of the next game and make it the worst TES installment ever. For all those making the it is too hard threads. Either come back when you are higher level, get better gear, learn how to use it, or simply turn the difficulty down some. I want the game the way it is now. The level scaling they did to Oblivion made it horrible and a joke IMHO.

I find these forums funny, how many threads do you see saying the game is too easy, now you get this newbie who doesn't know how to play the game coming here to Rage that its the GAMES and Bethesda's fault that he can't make it through a battle!

Tactics anyone? Difficulty slider? Read the Manual or the Guide? People complain when there is level scaling then when Bethesda remove it they complain about that! Unreal....

I have NEVER run into a battle on Expert that I couldn't get through in a few attempts at the most, change tactics, use your companion, summon help like an elemental, Skyrim makes it VERY easy to be able to do this off the bat instead of it being stat dependant! My Fire Elementals while not super tough distract the enemie (s) enough that you can do your business.

Keep in mind that I am 29 and my "little" sister is 17, shes not stupid she just plays how she wants to play.

For example she gets gold by picking crops and selling them to the farmers, cause she likes that kind of thing. And she dresses down her nord amazon into tattered robes before entering a city to be less conspicuous.

Dude I respect a person that actually roleplays a TES game and doesn't give two [censored]s about stats more than a whole lot of people who go herp derp must smith, enchant, alchemy monkey myself to max powa the second the game comes out. I mean being a god is fun for a while but really is it that much fun to 1 shot Ancient Dragons and not take any damage?
However in the end its a single player game. People get their enjoyment out of it their own way.
Personally if I didn't roleplay I wouldn't be so immersed in the game

I think the game is too easy on master with 100hp at level 30. Everything one shots me.... If they can hit me. You are playing it wrong. If its as bad as you say I doubt I can give you any advice either...
