Just realized I've played this game for two yrs. and never found a raider helmet save for Cook-Cook's welding mask. The fiends wear the armor but only wear fiend helmets. The wiki says the NCR guy at the dam sells any 4 of them so I check every week and nope! They were everywhere in FO3 and here they are like freakin' Oblivion artifacts which is stupid because they look so cool. Where are they!!!
